The staff here were really caring and made my stay very pleasant. Everything about this place was impressive. The breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic and had the best cappuccino I've ever had in Italy.

Overall had nice stay for one night. The breakfast was varied with decent italian coffee; the staff was very very helpful. The location was fantastic and wonderful, close enough to the main square and a huge garden right behind the main square of Bergamo.

Had an amazing and romantic stay in Bergamo. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with excellent facilities. We loved having a well-equipped kitchen and lounge, perfect for a romantic dinner in. The location was superb, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to the main shopping and restaurant street. It was peaceful and quiet, with only the sound of birds and church bells in the morning.
There was a lack of storage space to hang clothes, but since we only stayed for one night, it was not a major issue. It would have been helpful to have some tourist information and maps available, as the self-service check-in meant there was no one to provide recommendations for places to eat or visit.
